Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Yum Yum!

I got this recipe from CDKitchen.com and it is fantastic! :D
It’s called Olive Garden Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip on their website.

1-8 oz package of Cream Cheese
1-14 oz can Artichoke Hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Spinach, frozen chopped or steamed
1/4 cup Mayonnaise, do not use Miracle Whip
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Romano Cheese
1-clove Garlic, finely minced
1/2 Tsp Dried Basil
 1-TBS Fresh Basil
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
1/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
salt and pepper to taste

Leave the cream cheese out so it becomes room temperature.

Pre-heat oven 350 degree F.

Cream together Mayo, Parm, Romano, garlic, basil, and garlic salt. (Hmmm….. That’s weird. I’m not sure if I did that or not, but I think I did. The garlic and garlic salt.)
Mix well.
Add the artichoke hearts and spinach (Drain well) and mix untill blended.
Store in a container untill you are ready to use it.
Spray pie pan or what ever type of baking pan you have that looks good with the dip in it :D with non stick cooking spray.
Pour the dip in and top with cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes or till the top is browned.

I sure did. It was delicious!!!
It even came with nutritional information 0.o
